Our founders families lived in northern New Mexico and southern Colorado for many generations. They often ate simple but delicious foods, including green chili, beans and warm tortillas. They ate and talked (some more than others!), like many families, around their “kitchen table”—in Spanish—“La mesa de la cocina”.

We are passionate about bringing that tradition to your family through innovative and diverse flavors of Latin cuisine. We believe that Latin cuisine has tremendous potential for growth in the US market, as consumers increasingly seek out bold and innovative Latin flavors.

In fact, we have seen significant consumer trends in the Latin food category over the past several years. According to a recent report by Nielsen, sales to the Latin/Hispanic consumer continues to grow dynamically. Additionally, in a report from Mintel a majority of American consumers eat Latin cuisine, but are looking for greater diversity in ingredients and flavors.
